What Research Use Only means

Peptique products are not drugs, foods, supplements or cosmetics. They are not approved by the FDA. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and they are not for human or veterinary consumption. Nothing on this site is medical advice or a dosing recommendation, and Peptique does not provide dosing, administration or protocol information for any product.

Who may purchase

Purchasers confirm they are 21 or older and are acquiring material solely for in vitro laboratory research. Orders may not be placed on behalf of anyone intending human or animal administration. Peptique may ask for proof of research affiliation before releasing an order.

What Peptique does not sell

Peptique does not sell syringes, needles, alcohol swabs, injection kits or any other product whose purpose is to prepare a material for administration. Peptique publishes no dosing table, no administration schedule, no reconstitution calculator and no protocol for use in a person or an animal, and support will not supply one. The only preparation product in the catalog is a sealed laboratory diluent sold as a bench reagent. Customer testimonials, before and after imagery and outcome claims do not appear anywhere on this site and are not solicited, because they describe human use and this catalog is not for human use.

What we record, and why

Entry to this catalog and payment for an order each require a separate confirmation, and both are written down. The record carries the date and time to the second, the statements shown to you word for word, the version identifier of those statements (RUO-2026.11), the researcher type and research field you selected, a reference number, and the order the confirmation belongs to. A copy is shown to you on the checkout page, emailed with your order confirmation, and retained with the order record.

The reason is simple. A Research Use Only line printed at the bottom of a page is a statement the rest of the page can contradict. A confirmation that a named purchaser actively gave, twice, against wording we can produce on request, is evidence. Peptique keeps that evidence for every order, for both sides of the transaction.

The rest of the agreement

The full Terms of Sale and Use govern every purchase, including eligibility, the no diversion covenant, warranties, liability, indemnity, governing law and the arbitration agreement. The Privacy Policy covers what we collect and the rights you have over it. The Shipping and Refunds policy covers dispatch, returns and subscription changes. Each carries a version number and an effective date, and we keep every version so the one that applied to any order of yours can be produced.

Shipping and refunds

Orders placed before 2PM MT on a business day ship the same day from a U.S. facility with tracking, UPS 2-Day or USPS Priority by default, in a plain carton. Free shipping on orders over $99, and on every subscription order with no minimum. Carrier-confirmed loss is reshipped at no charge. Visible transit damage must be reported within 7 days with photographs of the carton and the label. Unopened, sealed items may be returned within 30 days; opened research materials are not returnable. Chargebacks filed without first contacting support are handled through the card network's dispute process.

Storage

Store lyophilized compounds at -20C, protected from light and moisture, container sealed. Store Reconstitution Solution at room temperature, protected from heat and light; do not freeze.

Documentation

A lot-matched Certificate of Analysis is published for every released lot and is available in the COA library before purchase.

Peptique sells only through this website. Peptique has no resellers, marketplaces or social-media storefronts. If a site uses the Peptique name elsewhere, it is not us; report it to support.
